Post delivery we will provide a feedback report (per cohort / per region / organisation) and for all development pathways, delegates will be asked to identify their ‘Learning Outcomes’ and ‘Back to Work Actions’, all of which will be collated and available to share with the delegate sponsor and key stakeholders.
