About Us

Futureproof Training (UK Wide & International Provider)

Welcome to Futureproof, our partnership approach allows us to work closely with you to develop a ‘fit for purpose’ level of support that utilises a blend of engaging and challenging learning methodologies focused on the application of new skills and behaviours back in the workplace.

Futureproof Training is built around a truly dedicated group of Learning & Development professionals whose primary objective is to get the best out of your people. The team possess a wealth of business knowledge and experience which shines through during project delivery. ‘Getting Trained’ has limited impact, therefore we offer a delegate experience that uses facilitation, group discussion, coaching, consultation and skills practice to guarantee a people centred learning environment.

Head of Learning & Development, Brad Rutter has been pivotal in implementing the ‘step change’ in the delegate experience offered and truly believes that in a modern business world, employees should be expected to take more responsibility and ownership for their personal development, leadership brand and career progression.

Project Delivery – Dedicated Programme Manager

At Futureproof, all of our Learning & Development Programme Managers are CIPD Qualified and offer a wealth of experience in programme / project delivery. Your dedicated Programme Manager is there for you from programme design through to project evaluation and review however, our initial conversation with you will always… ‘Start with the end in mind’, see below.

  • What does good like? Take a deeper look at the job specification to identify key responsibilities and behaviours that you want to see embedded as a result of attending the programme.
  • Why now, why this skill set? We would be interested to know more about what development has been offered previously and gain a general feel for the current learning and development culture across the business.
  • Future focus – Recognising past achievements is always important but for a development programme to be impactful (on attitude & behaviour), we believe that delegates should be given clarity on the strategic business goals / objectives and know how they are directly linked to the leadership values, culture and behaviours that will be covered in the programme.
  • How will we know that we have achieved the desired results (ROI)? Agree the results / measures in advance of the programme being designedSelect the most appropriate measurement and evaluation toolsIdentify the level of internal and external involvement required to measure application. Identify the level of involvement from nominating line managers.

First Class Service Delivery

Futureproof offer a ‘pro-active’ and consistently high standard of customer service with every project. Working closely with your Learning & Development Programme Manager, every client is allocated a dedicated Project Administrator to manage all aspects of delivery including:

Post delivery we will provide a feedback report (per cohort / per region / organisation) and for all development pathways delegates will be asked to identify their ‘Learning Outcomes’ and ‘Back to Work Actions’, all of which will be collated and available to share with the delegate sponsor and key stakeholders.

The 70:20:10 Model

The 70 / 20 / 10 learning principle is the foundation of all our learning and development interventions and ensures that your people are well trained, positively challenged, fully supported and given the opportunity to grow and develop at a pace to suit them.

The Kirkpatrick Model

The Kirkpatrick Model is probably the most well-known model for analysing and evaluating the impact of all kinds training and development interventions. Futureproof would always start any development discussion with the end (results / expected ROI) in mind. As a result, we can work together to shape and mould the most appropriate development activities to put in place.
