Project Objectives: The programme is aimed at Department Heads who are looking to take their first steps into a Leadership role. The programme is underpinned by the organisation’s Strategic Compass and Personal Leadership Map which identified a clear set of skills and behaviours required for success.
Programme Duration: 8 to 9 months
Project Title: Middle / Operational Management Programme
Global Region(s): United States / APAC
Delivery Format: Face to face delivery / Virtual Action Learning Sets and Face to Face Delegate Development Presentations
Project Objectives: Rapid growth across the organisation has seen many First Line Managers accelerated into a more operational management role with significantly larger teams. This programme was specifically designed to support this transition and create a safe / supportive space for them to develop and grow.
